Single-family, Townhomes, and Commercial Bldgs:

$300.00 - if less than 1,000 SF

$350.00 - 1,000 to 1,500 SF

$400.00 - 1,500 to 2,000 SF

$450.00 - 2,000 to 2,500 SF

Radon Testing

$100.00 - If within the Des Moines Metro Area.

Sewer Inspection

$175.00 - If within the Des Moines Metro Area.
