Service Description

Radon Test - It determines whether the home has high levels of radon, a silent and radioactive gas that causes lung cancer over time. The fee for this service by itself is $125. Otherwise, it would cost $100 when bundled with a home inspection. The radon device would be set to collect data for a minimum of 48 hours at the targeted property. In other words, it requires the radon technician to enter the property two times (start + collect device). The tech would coordinate the timing and required accesses directly with the listing agent/seller. We use the newest radon devices, which allows us to access the collected level on the spot; upon our return to pick up the device.
